Our business relocated office earlier this year and we used the services of Mark Glann of MG Practical Solutions to supply a new IT and Communications System, which uses VOIP technology. In addition to this Mark project managed the whole process for us.

We are a 24 hour booking service for Tourism in our region and our communications are our lifeline. Our phone system has to meet the requirements of a busy call centre. I contracted MG Practical Solutions to provide us with a state of the art system that was able to route calls to remote office locations after hours at the same time reduce and maintain low call costs. The system provides us with IP/PBX technology using business grade VoIP linked to three remote offices.

I have to say that the equipment has been robust & of good quality and the  programming has proved to be excellent, increasing our productivity exponentially.  We have had minimal broadband outages but the provided failback systems works well. Also it is quite refreshing to be able to talk directly to our programmer/technician personally, rather than a faceless person somewhere out there on  1300 number, as is the case with the “Large Telcos".
